The series of FDD Pulse Jet Bag Filter is a high efficiency and new generation product for bag filters developed by Hefei Found Technology Co. Ltd. On basis of absorbing global advanced technology. The FDD bag filter adopts high pressure, large flow pulse valve and the reverse-blow ash cleaning craft to clean the bags one by one, so it offers more dynamic and higher efficiency. Meanwhile, FDD bag filter has other advantages, such as small in size, simple and impact structure, easy and convenience for assembly and maintenance, so It’s been widely used for dust collection in industries of construction material processing, metallurgy, cement factory, chemic industry, mine, thermal power plant and nonmetal ore powder deep processing,etc

FDD pulse jet bag filter adopts dust collection techniques of negative pressure control, outer-filtering, high pressure & large flow pulse, venturi tube reverse blowing.
2.1 Dust Collection
The dusty gas enters into ash hopper, bag chamber, then goes through the filter bags to the clean air chamber, finally the filtered air is discharged by the fan. The dust collected on external surface of the filtering bags drops into hopper by pulse jet blowing.
2.2 Pulse Blowing
The FDD bag filter adopts high pressure, large flow pulse reverse-blowing dust cleaning technique, the strong pulse flow blows into filtering bags one by one, which makes bags shake off the dust on its surface, also the pulse flow blows through the bag, it guarantees the high efficiency and stability of the dust cleaning. -
3.1 High efficiency and stable pulse blow dust collection technique offers high rate of dust collection to 99.99% .
3.2 Controlling method of dust cleaning:
Timing Control To preset all time parameters according to the designed resistance time cycle under the actual working condition, the bag filter can perform dust clean and discharge periodically.
Preset Resistance Control To perform dust clean and discharge according to the preset resistance.
3.3 :Dust Cleaning Operation Method:
Auto Control it is controlled by PLC(Process Logic Control) which performed ash cleaning automatically, the PLC works according to the preset cycle time, which could be reset by PLC when it’s necessary.
Manual Control(often used in new equipment test)it is controlled by operator who does the dust cleaning according to the resistance valves showed on timer or pressure gauge under actual working conditions. -
